Jalebi is made in several different ways but in this recipe we will be using all purpose flour and urid dal as our base ingredients… We have used orange food colour in this recipe but it can be avoided as well… This dish is a favourite amongst children… It take really less time to make this jalebi…

All Purpose Flour (Maida) 100 gms.
Urid Dal 50 gms.
Yogurt/Dahi 2 TBSP.
Baking Powder 1/3 TSP.
Orange Food Colour A pinch
Oil/Ghee For Frying Jalebi

For Sugar Syrup:

Sugar 400 gms.
Water 300 mL
Cardamom 3-4
Lemon Juice 1 TBSP.
Oil/Ghee For Frying Jalebi
