Kiwi is a great source of vitamins and minerals. According to many researches kiwi is proved to have twice the amount of Vitamin C than oranges and equal amount of potassium compared to bananas. This is our weight loss drink hence we are using honey. Sugar may also be used if honey is not available, but it’s best to avoid it. Instead of sugar/honey, sugar free may also be used. For better taste we are adding chat masala. Instead of chat masala, you may also add black salt.
