New Hispanic Food Company Headquarters Coming to Centennial Airport with Exciting Food Hall

The company, which owns popular brands like 505 Southwestern green chile, announced on Monday that it’s relocating its headquarters to a new building at Centennial Airport.

The new headquarters, spanning 30,000 square feet, will be located on the airport’s south side near the Wings Over the Rockies – Exploration of Flight. Along with offices, the building will feature an après-ski themed food hall and tequila bar, complete with entertainment and live music. Additionally, there will be a TV production studio on-site.

“We’re excited to connect with the community and share our love for delicious food,” said Rob Holland, the company’s chairman. “This facility will be a hub for food, fun, and aviation, and we can’t wait for families to come together here on warm summer days to enjoy live music, great food, and explore the wonders of flight.”

Insignia International is known for its Hispanic and Southwestern brands like 505 Southwestern, La Tortilla Factory, and Yucatan Guacamole. The company recently rebranded to better reflect its focus on the growing Hispanic food market.

The food hall will offer a wide range of dishes inspired by Hispanic and Southwest cultures, all with panoramic views of the Rocky Mountains and the airport runway.

Construction is set to begin later this year, pending approval from the Arapahoe County Airport Commission Board.

John Barry, CEO of Wings over the Rockies, believes that Insignia International’s new headquarters and food hall will transform the airport and museum into a “family-friendly campus.”

Airport leaders are also optimistic about the project’s potential to benefit the community.

“We’re committed to ensuring that the airport serves as a valuable asset to the community,” said Mike Fronapfel, executive director of Centennial Airport. “We believe this project will be enjoyed by aviation enthusiasts and the public alike.”

Currently, the only restaurant at the airport is Perfect Landing.
